Counseling also takes place during the pandemic. However, they can also take place via phone or e-mail. You can find all contacts here:
Due to the pandemic, the servicepoint will not be available for a face-to-face consultation. You can contact us via e-mail and phone.
The following services will not be available until the end of the crisis:
* Certified copies
* Strebergarten Shop
* The face-to-face acceptance of documents. Applications for the refund of the semesterticket contribution, either due to financial support or one of the other reasons, need to be send in via postal service or facsimile/fax.
The servicepoint can give you information about every service the AStA provides. Also you will be able to ask questions regarding the Coronavirus situation at the university.
The AStA is not allowed to organize any physical events. We are working on a solution so we can offer digital alternatives.
This means that the Freiraum as well as the AKD remain closed.
The Foodsharing stations in Duisburg and Essen are closed. Please refrain from leaving food or things at the floor in front of the doors.
Submitting documents and applications
You have to send in all documents via mail services like Deutsche Post, fax or e-mail. If the document needs a personal signature, you can only use mail services like Deutsche Post.
Student representative organisations can hand the documents in at the university’s postal office.
